Job Description ##

• Execution of in-process and outgoing goods inspections, as well as quality inspections and evaluation of non-conformity reports (NKM, NMR).
• Initiating, supporting, and documenting measures and improvements regarding quality reports and tolerance exceedances.
• Participation in internal quality training, audits, and the further development of quality assurance.
• Ensuring customer quality requirements and compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental protection regulations.
• Operational cooperation and execution of shift handovers, as well as reporting of the quality situation during staff shortages and as part of line briefings.

• High self-motivation and resilience, willingness to actively support and shape changes.
• Experience in dealing with improvement methods such as Six Sigma, relevant quality tools, and statistical software tools such as Minitab.
• Completed (technical) apprenticeship or training and several years of experience in a technical work environment.
• Training or further education as a quality inspector (to be trained).
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as solid SAP knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
