Healthcare Specialist CFC #

• Support of residents with psychiatric disorders in daily life
• Individual participation in the development of the care process for each resident
• Management of residents presenting difficult behaviors through de-escalating communication
• Implementation of care and medical measures as well as early detection of changes
• Active contributions to the organization of the day and implementation of therapeutic concepts
• Close collaboration with healthcare professionals and doctors for optimal care
• Precise and efficient documentation with easyDOK and BESA
