Your missions:
Maintenance and development of relationships with clients, commercial partners, and professional associations
Elaboration of concepts
Direction and coordination of projects
Monitoring of financial indicators
Execution of project plans and diagrams in the sanitary field
Direction of works
Planning and management of medium to large-scale projects
Technical monitoring and support of sanitary project managers
Participation in the preparation of offers
Participation in HVAC coordination
Preparation of preliminary measurements and tenders
Monitoring of work, deadlines, and invoicing
Pricing of sanitary installations
Experience in sizing special fluids (compressed air, steam): an asset
Your skills and qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of sanitary installations
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a sanitary project manager position
CFC as a sanitary designer, ideally supplemented by a federal master's or an ES technician diploma in building technology, or a title deemed equivalent
Good knowledge of the local market
Knowledge of Swiss standards
Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD and/or Revit
Dynamism and ability to work in a team
Strong interest in energy and sustainable development
Mastery of standard IT tools
Knowledge of English or German is an asset
