Your tasks
You will take over project management in the SIA phases 41 - 53 (execution phase)
You act in the interest of the overall project manager or the branch manager and implement the corresponding specifications
You are responsible for the coordination of the orders of all designers and contractors
For the contractors commissioned by us, you are a reliable contact person and create the best possible framework conditions for the execution of work
Through efficient control and processing of measurements and invoices, you ensure that services rendered can be settled within the shortest possible time
You know the contractual agreements with our partners, enforce them or demand them, and check the quality of the work
You communicate openly internally and are able to develop solution proposals for problems
For this demanding task, you bring the following requirement profile
Several years of experience in the project management of complex construction projects or large-scale projects
You possess the following qualities: reliability, good manners with third parties, direct and open communication, honesty and loyalty, as well as teamwork skills, and have a confident personal appearance
You are efficient and have a high degree of technical, social, and leadership competence
You can assert yourself and are a role model both for your colleagues and for the contractors and tradespeople involved
The necessary project management skills, technical knowledge, and your ability to solve complex problems are required by us
Despite your skills, you are self-critical, know your weaknesses and limits, and are the first to question your own actions when errors occur
