Dispatcher (M/F)

Central point of contact between customers, field teams and management, you ensure the operational planning and administrative monitoring of the sector. • Plan and organize interventions, transmit technical information to field teams • Manage calls and emails • Welcome customers, confirm orders and ensure the follow-up of interventions and maintenance contracts • Coordinate vehicle maintenance with the workshop • Control work orders and daily reports • Work in close synergy with the sector manager and technical employees
