Job number: 8498 Work location: Region Appenzell Ausserrhoden Workload: 100% Activities: • Development and implementation of a sustainable real estate strategy • Initiation, planning and active management of site and location developments Holistic technical and commercial responsibility for a versatile real estate portfolio • Planning, budgeting and management of conversion, renovation and new construction projects • Leadership and support of a three-person team in the management and administration of the properties • Coordination and cooperation with authorities, external planning offices as well as internal specialist departments • Responsibility for tenders, contract management, budget planning as well as cost and quality control • Representation of owner interests towards the Confederation, cantons, municipalities and other stakeholders Requirements: • Completed training in the real estate sector, for example as Head of Real Estate Management, Real Estate Economist FH/HF, certified real estate fiduciary or an equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in the areas of real estate management, project management, strategy development and financial planning • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working with a high awareness of quality • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured and analytical approach Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills as well as a confident manner towards internal and external stakeholders
