On behalf of my client, a company in the Ouest Lausannois region, I am looking for a
Chief Accountant FR/German & English
Accounting degree with a few years of experience
Very good knowledge B2 minimum in German and English (imperative)
Good IT knowledge
Experience in invoicing
Experience in the field of national and international road transport
Experience in managing a team of at least 3 years
Driving license and vehicle indispensable
Management of monthly invoicing (monthly closing) + various controls
Application and programming of client tariff updates
Experience with Incoterms
Handling of customer and inter-agency complaints
Management of Swiss and foreign VAT invoicing
Management and verification of inter-agency invoice payments
Controlling duty towards the agency
Management and supervision of the invoicing department
Invoicing of clients and the network
Transport purchases and supplier invoices
