What you can achieve • You ensure a smooth cash flow by reliably processing booking orders • You monitor transactions in electronic payment transactions and recognize irregularities early • You analyze complex booking cases and make well-founded decisions • You support IT in the monitoring and optimization of booking processes • You are the first point of contact for internal stakeholders for questions regarding bookings • You contribute to preventing fraud cases and financial losses What you bring with you • Completed commercial training, ideally in the banking or finance industry • Experience in payment transactions or in a comparable function of a financial institution • Strong decisiveness as well as a reliable and exact way of working • Good knowledge of Excel and confident handling of digital systems • Very good German skills and good English skills (at least level B1)
