TopCoat GmbH is a Swiss company specializing in high-quality surface coatings and the refinement of demanding plastic components for industrial applications. For our production facility in Däniken SO, we are looking for a reliable, independent, and careful personality for cleaning and facility maintenance. The activity includes both general cleaning work as well as the thorough cleaning of our production areas and spray booths. We are therefore looking for a person who enjoys practical work, takes initiative independently, and does not shy away from more demanding cleaning tasks. Your tasks • General cleaning work throughout the entire facility • Cleaning of production and work areas • Thorough cleaning of our spray booths and painting areas • Regular replacement of filters in the spray booths • Cleaning and maintenance of facility equipment • Cleaning of office, break rooms, and sanitary rooms • Professional and careful handling of cleaning agents and work equipment • Monitoring and refilling cleaning and consumable materials • Assistance with general work in facility maintenance • Compliance with our safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations Your profile • Experience in industrial, facility, or building cleaning is an advantage • Experience in a production facility is an advantage • Manual dexterity and technical understanding • Willingness to thoroughly clean spray booths and change filters • Physical resilience • Independent and very thorough way of working • High sense of cleanliness and responsibility • Reliability and punctuality • Good German language skills • Willingness to undertake more physically demanding cleaning work Your working conditions • Working hours Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 12:00 • Approx. 30 hours per week • Employment on an hourly wage basis • 5 weeks vacation • Regular working hours • Independent work • Thorough training in the cleaning and filter replacement of our spray booths • Professional work equipment • A collegial team • Long-term employment desired Have we aroused your interest?
