Located in the Vevey region, between town and country, the Cité du Genévrier welcomes adults in situations of disability due to an intellectual deficiency. A multidisciplinary and multi-site structure, it offers the people welcomed a particularly harmonious living and working environment as well as a set of skills adapted to the needs and aspirations of each.

Socioprofessional Instructor M/F for the Déco workshop

at an activity rate of 100%

Mission ###

Within the Déco workshop, we imagine and manufacture artisanal decorative objects for shop windows, events, or sale.

Your role? To design projects adapted to the capacities of the workers, while ensuring their well-being and quality production.

Desired profile ###

• ES Socioprofessional Instructor diploma
• Experience with adults with an intellectual deficiency
• Knowledge in socioprofessional support and the PPH model
• Creative, meticulous, and with a true sense of aesthetics
• Patient, flexible, and ready to work in a team
• Technical skills in 2D and 3D (wood, paper, painting, -)
• Good knowledge of IT tools such as Cameo and Fusion 360 program
