If necessary and in consultation with the technical management, call upon external service providers and suppliers. Vérification and validation of invoices: Control and validation of invoices taking into account the allocated budget. Close collaboration with the accounting department and specialized management in order to comply with financial directives. Maintenance of the surroundings: Co-responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the outdoor installations and the surroundings of the domain concerned. Regular inspections to guarantee the cleanliness and safety of the outdoor installations. Coordination of transformation, renovation, and rehabilitation work: Planning and implementation of modernization and renovation projects. Close collaboration with construction companies, artisans, and internal services to ensure project completion on time and within budget. Quality control through inspection rounds: Regular performance of inspection rounds to verify the quality of maintenance work on technical installations, buildings, and their surroundings. Documentation and evaluation of maintenance work, identification of defects, and correction thereof. Your profile ### Full technical training in the field of building technology or equivalent qualification. Several years of professional experience in the field of building management and home automation. In-depth knowledge in the maintenance and upkeep of technical installations. Organizational skills and a structured way of working. Team spirit and good communication skills.
