Application Engineer - Milling (w/m/d) Workload: 100% Location: Biel Your tasks * Planning, performing and analyzing customer-specific test machining on 3- to 5-axis high-speed, high-performance and high-precision machining centers * Creating NC programs for the above-mentioned test machining using CAD/CAM incl. production of sample parts * Determining parameters of the milling process such as machining time, achievable accuracy and surface quality, on existing and / or newly developed machines taking various prerequisites into account * Performing technology training in the Application Center or at the customer's site * Operating an applications hotline for customers with application-related machine and programming problems Your profile * Basic mechanical training ideally with further training in the field of production/manufacturing or mechanical engineering * Several years of sound experience in CNC cutting machining * Good English and German or French skills, Italian is an advantage MIKRON MILL is one of the worldwide experts for vertical milling and inventor of high-speed milling.
