Job Description
--------------------

• You identify customer needs
• You advise and support customers in the processing of their requests
• You are in charge of preparing training offers / courses as well as commercial follow-up, reminders, and customer loyalty
• You ensure the administrative management related to the activity, notably the writing of letters, the preparation of forms, and the establishment of offers

Profile sought
-----------------

• Holder of a commercial training
• Benefiting from a first experience in a similar position (sales promotion and coordination, customer service)
• Ease in customer relations, commercial flair
• Agility with the use of digital tools
• Good knowledge of Teams & Sharepoint an asset
• Available quickly for a temporary mission until the end of 2026
