Tasks • Overall responsibility for digitalization and IT projects from initialization through conception and implementation to successful completion, especially in the area of specialist applications and administrative processes • Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders as well as ensuring cooperation between specialist departments, IT, management and external partners • Digitalization and optimization of business processes in cooperation with the specialist departments as well as consulting regarding suitable digital solutions and their optimal use • Development and introduction of digital services and government services, especially in cooperation with the Digital Administration specialist office and for the service portal my.gl.ch • Creation and maintenance of the required project documentation incl. project orders, project plans, decision bases and other relevant documents Requirements • Completed higher education in the field of computer science, business administration or a comparable specialist field or an equivalent qualification due to many years of professional experience • Proven experience as a project manager in the independent management of demanding and cross-departmental projects • Experience in the leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as in dealing with different stakeholder groups • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and prepare them comprehensibly • High degree of personal responsibility, decision-making and assertiveness as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working • Confident and convincing appearance at different hierarchical levels • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (French skills desirable) Your contact Further information can be obtained from Mauro D-Ambros, Head of Projects & Application Management specialist office, Tel. 055 646 65 55.
