Your tasks

For the cleaning and maintenance of our properties, we are looking for a reliable and independently working personality for staircase cleaning in Bülach and surroundings.

Your main tasks:

• Regular cleaning of staircases and general areas
• Cleaning of entrance areas, corridors and lift systems
• Cleaning of handrails, mailbox systems and other surfaces
• Floor cleaning by vacuuming, mopping and other maintenance work
• General cleanliness inspection of the managed properties
• Independent organization of the daily cleaning route
• Careful handling of cleaning agents, devices and working materials

Your profile

• Driver's license category B mandatory
• Experience in cleaning is desirable
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Sense of responsibility and punctuality
• Good physical resilience
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Good German skills are an advantage
• Knowledge of the region Bülach and surroundings is a plus
