We are recruiting a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our billing activity, support a committed team, and contribute to the creation of our Shared Service Center within a rapidly growing healthcare group. Your missions Ensure responsibility for billing and accounts receivable activities. Guarantee billing in compliance with Swiss regulations (TARDOC, DRG, and VVG). Participate in daily operations (billing, collections, monthly closings). Design, structure, and develop the Shared Service Center Billing & Débiteurs. Supervise, support, and develop the team. Collaborate with insurance companies, hospitals, medical centers, and internal teams. Optimize processes and participate in their digitalization. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP systems. Several years of experience in accounts receivable. Very good knowledge of TARDOC, DRG, and VVG. Training in accounting, finance, or equivalent. Experience in the healthcare sector. Experience in team management. Proficiency in an ERP (Opale is an asset). Excellent knowledge of French and English. Team spirit and a pragmatic approach. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Why join us?
