Job Description
You will take over the leadership of our IT & Security Operations team. Our specialists ensure every day that our customers' IT systems run stably, securely and with high performance. You are responsible for day-to-day business as well as planned changes. You will specifically develop processes, quality and the team further - in close cooperation with the engineering teams as well as the management.

Your Tasks
Technical and personnel leadership of the IT & Security Operations team (Service Desk and IT Operations)
Responsibility for the stable and secure operation of customer environments, both reactive and planned
Ensuring service quality, SLAs and customer satisfaction
Management of changes, escalations and major incidents
Further development of processes, automation and AI use in operations
Close cooperation with the Cloud & Platform, Workplace and Security Engineering teams

Your Profile
Completed IT training with further education (HF, FH or comparable)
Leadership experience in IT operations, ideally at an IT service provider
Sound understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) as well as Microsoft cloud and security environments
Leadership style based on trust, responsibility and development
Clear communication, even in hectic situations
Very good German skills, English is an advantage
