Finance Clerk 50-80%

Our client is an industrial company that wants to strengthen its finance team at the headquarters. The company is looking for a committed Finance Clerk (50-80%) who independently manages the financial and accounts receivable accounting, manages the dunning and collection process, and prepares interim and annual financial statements. Your tasks

• Independent management of the financial and accounts receivable accounting as well as support for the accounts payable accounting
• Management of the dunning and collection process including VAT settlement
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as commission and expense reports
• Recording of reclassification and general ledger documents with general administrative tasks

Your profile

• Commercial basic training: Completed commercial apprenticeship required
• Accounting experience: Several years of practice in financial accounting necessary
• Technical skills: Confident handling of MS-Office and finance tools
• Personal competencies: Careful, structured, and proactive way of working required
