As part of its development, Electra Électricité SA is looking for an electrical project manager to lead ambitious achievements and actively participate in the growth of the company. Your mission You ensure the complete management of your projects, from their preparation to their acceptance: • Study, plan, and organize electrical projects; • Establish offers, budgets, measurements, and additional works; • Ensure financial monitoring, invoicing, and the profitability of projects; • Plan teams, material, and supplies; • Supervise and support employees on construction sites; • Participate in meetings with clients, architects, and engineers; • Guarantee the quality of installations as well as compliance with NIBT and OIBT standards and safety rules; • Ensure a professional and lasting relationship with our clients; • Lead projects until their commissioning and final acceptance. Your profile • CFC d-installateur-électricien or equivalent training; • Brevet fédéral d-électricien chef de projet en installation et sécurité, training in progress or title deemed equivalent; • Proven experience in managing electrical projects in Switzerland; • Good mastery of Swiss electrical standards and regulations; • Excellent organizational, anticipation, and decision-making skills; • Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team; • Sense of responsibility, quality, and customer service; • Mastery of French; • Valid driver's license.
