HVAC Service Technician

To strengthen our team in the Facility Management department, we are looking for a Facility Management Employee – Building Technology HVAC Service Technician (Inhouse) Main tasks Monitoring, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and rectification of malfunctions of the technical systems and installations as well as execution of maintenance and repairs Commissioning, coordination and monitoring of the work of external service providers and tradespeople Accompanying and implementation of smaller projects and conversions Documentation of maintenance activities Maintenance of documents (operating instructions, diagrams etc.) Ensuring smooth technical operation Currently also accompanying the installation and commissioning of our new building and the existing buildings Profile Completed basic training in building technology EFZ Experience in building technology and building management systems (preferably Siemens Desigo) Very good German skills Ability to work in a team in cross-functional cooperation with the production departments Confident handling of IT applications Flexible and committed personality We offer Varied and interesting tasks in a collegial team Diverse development opportunities High degree of independence and personal responsibility Flexible working hours Please send your complete application documents including information on your salary expectations to Lukic.
