Job description

As part of your role within a team of 8 people, you will supervise and coordinate the general and tax accounting activities of the three companies, Tissot SA, Certina SA and Mido SA.

Your main activities will be as follows:

Management of financial reliability

• Ensure the integrity of the accounts and the accurate preparation of the balance sheets and income statements of the three companies.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards and the internal directives of the Swatch group (Swiss GAAP FER), thereby demonstrating a commitment to quality and financial transparency.
• Expertly drive monthly, semi-annual and annual closings to maintain a robust and up-to-date financial vision.

Supervision of audits and compliance

• Meticulously prepare internal and external audits, paying particular attention to compliance with Swiss accounting standards and the group's internal directives.
• Guarantee that all accounting and financial practices are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Optimization of financial processes

• Lead a continuous review of accounting and financial processes, seeking opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations, accelerate cycles and optimize financial results, while respecting Swiss accounting standards and the group's internal directives.

Profile

• Proven expertise in data analysis and efficient resource management for optimal results.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams towards excellence while fostering harmonious collaboration.

Professional requirements

• Higher diploma in accounting, finance or equivalent to a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting.
• 10 to 15 years of significant and successful experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• Mastery of Swiss and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a team.

Languages

Mastery of French and English. German is a plus.
