Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, two accommodation departments for adults with disabilities, with an intellectual deficiency and respectively with a physical issue, a specialized school, and a workshops and vocational training sector. The socio-educational accommodation department is recruiting. We are looking for a: Specialized Educator/ CDI-Activity rate to be agreed. At the Institution de Lavigny, we provide daily support to adults with disabilities in various living environments: multiple disabilities, intellectual deficiency, aging. Your mission: * Support residents and organize daily life in the living environment, sharing and animating their daily life by prioritizing the relationship of trust and respect. * Ensure the physical and psychological well-being, the socialization of residents, and value their skills and social roles. * Observe the health status of the resident daily and act appropriately according to needs (intervention, calling the care center and the doctor, informing colleagues, and follow-up according to situations). * Implement personal projects according to the general goals and objectives of the living environment set during the interdisciplinary project meeting. * Work in close collaboration with the day team, the night team, and external stakeholders in a spirit of interdisciplinarity. * Promote and develop partnership in relations with families and legal representatives. * Participate in the development of sector and living environment projects as well as their application. * Contribute to the development of the quality of services to residents and the conditions in which they are delivered. Your profile: * ASE / ASSC / HES / ES diploma or recognized equivalence. * Experience in supporting people with disabilities. * Driver's license.
