• Ensure the operative, personnel, and financial management of the delivery room (approx. 2'600 births per year; approx. 45 FTE) in a complex and dynamic environment

What you bring with you ###

• Completed training or studies as a midwife
• Higher continuing education in the field of management (MSc, MAS or MBA)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a complex, highly specialized hospital organization
• Pronounced leadership, communication, and change competence as well as the ability to inspire people for common goals
• A high awareness of quality, decisiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high orientation towards implementation
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation as well as the ability to sustainably shape relationships at eye level
