For this special year, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a central contact person for the coordination and co-design of the anniversary year. In close cooperation with internal teams, our communication agency, and the Head of Group Marketing & Communications, you will ensure a timely, coordinated implementation of all measures at a high level. The position is limited from now until 31. December 2027 and is aimed at working students, interns, and career starters who wish to gain initial practical experience. How you will make an impact… Overall project management: coordination between internal stakeholders, agency, and external partners Steering of schedules, milestones, and approval processes Interface to 17 international locations for local measures and translations Co-design of the anniversary brand and communication tools in cooperation with the agency Participation in anniversary film, content formats, and LinkedIn activities Organizing the anniversary events as well as maintaining the landing page What you bring with you… Degree in communication, marketing, event management, BWL, or related fields Strong organizational skills, creativity, and communication skills as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working Very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage Hands-on mentality, reliability, assertiveness, and attention to detail Enjoyment in working with international stakeholders Flexibility for occasional weekend assignments What do we offer?
