Our team independently guides companies, public and private authorities in their energy and climate transition by recommending sustainable, innovative and economically viable solutions. As a Project Manager in industry, you will join an experienced and passionate team that concretely implements the ecological transition within companies. The areas of intervention are mainly feasibility studies and energy audits (processes and utilities), energy integration studies, carbon footprints and decarbonization plans, and optimization services for electrical drives and HVAC installations. Your missions: • In close collaboration with the Industrial Business Manager, you perform Planair services for our industrial clients. • Thanks to your ideas, your proactivity and your versatility, you contribute to the improvement and development of Industry services, their digitalization and their integration into Planair's services. • You participate in the commercial development of the activities in the Efficient Industries field, in French-speaking Switzerland and particularly in the cantons of Jura and Neuchâtel. Your profile: • Trained as an HES/EPF engineer or an equivalent title, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in industry or an energy-HVAC engineering office; • You enjoy teamwork, know how to motivate your collaborators and help them progress ; • Organized, rigorous and committed, you demonstrate a good ability to manage several projects in parallel autonomously ; • Possessing good writing skills and being a good communicator, you know how to dialogue clearly and constructively with industrial players, authorities and Planair specialists ; • Sensitive to the challenges of sustainable development, you are motivated by energy optimization and environmental strategies in industry ; • Pragmatic and curious by nature, you appreciate the resolution of concrete problems ; • You have good knowledge of industry, energy legislation and subsidy programs ; • Proficiency in German (oral/written) would be a plus ; • Skills in the Python programming language would be a plus. • Experience in instrumented monitoring would be a plus.
