Your tasks

Independent execution of varied orders in garden maintenance and renovations directly at the customer's site
Professional implementation of work according to specifications and offers after thorough instruction on the object
Formation of a well-rehearsed work team together with a trainee in their second year of training
Responsible supervision, promotion, and support of the trainee in everyday work
Close collaboration and exchange with the responsible contact person in case of questions or uncertainties

Your competencies

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of horticulture (EFZ); if you have corresponding aptitude and experience, an EBA degree is also welcome
Mandatory driver's license category B; ideally, you also have category BE (trailer)
Ability to implement assigned projects completely independently, accurately, and with a quality mindset after introduction
Enjoyment of teamwork and a high degree of empathy and skill in dealing with trainees
Reliable, customer-oriented, and physically resilient personality
