Your new tasks

• Leading your own service station and/or area, preparing various cocktails
• Ensuring a smooth and professional service process
• Professional receiving, accompanying, advising, and bidding farewell to guests
• Ensuring goal-oriented communication between service and kitchen
• Independent, daily cash closing for the restaurant and bar
• Carrying out various cleaning tasks and checking all work processes regarding compliance with safety and hygiene regulations according to HACCP

What you bring

• Advantageous: successfully completed training, e.g., as Restaurationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ, Hotelfachfrau/-mann EFZ
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function in upscale gastronomy
• Very good knowledge in handling cash register systems, preferably with Gastrofix/Lightspeed
• Excellent manners and a strong team spirit
• Supports the achievement of goals in your own area through proactive contribution of your own work
• Very good language skills in German and English, other languages are an advantage
