What you can contribute

• Lead the service in organizational, technical, and human resources aspects, in collaboration with 5 group leaders under your command
• Assume responsibility for results related to logistical services in the field of maintenance and management of C4ISTAR systems
• Ensure budgetary management and steering of specific external logistical services for the service, in collaboration with partner organizations
• Ensure the development of your own service within the framework of the partial maintenance strategy and orient it towards the future portfolio of army systems
• Participate in the elaboration of system management concepts, innovation projects, armament acquisitions, or military development projects

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training certified by a federal diploma in the field of IT, multimedia, automation, or electronics, supplemented by in-depth specialized training
• Continuing education in business management, management, or project management
• Knowledge of process management
• Good knowledge of at least one second official language, as well as a solid mastery of technical English
• Military training: a military leadership function is an asset

The Army Logistics Base (BLA) is there for the troops. With its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, it provides all logistical services for the Swiss Army and manages its material, systems, and infrastructure.
