To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented and skilled person as a workshop manager / bicycle mechanic CFC at Thömus AG. Your tasks - You make things move: • You manage the workshop and are responsible for your small team. • You like to share your knowledge and train apprentices. • You perform service, repair and maintenance work on customers' bicycles. • You work autonomously and in a customer-oriented manner. • You skillfully respond to customer wishes as a service provider and maintain an overview even in busy times. • You routinely record, coordinate and process orders via our digital tools. • You share our requirement to provide every customer with the perfect bicycle - technically impeccable and individually adapted. • You have a certain flair for sales and enjoy contact with customers. Your profile - what you bring: • You have completed training as a bicycle mechanic CFC or an equivalent qualification. • You have completed the professional trainer course or are willing to do so. • You share our interest in bicycles and like to ride yourself. • You have a great interest in technology and are happy to commit to the development of Thömus bicycles. • You work autonomously, carefully and flexibly - even during stressful periods, you maintain an overview and roll up your sleeves. • Teamwork, reliability and a common goal are obvious to you - you are motivated to progress yourself and to move the team forward. • You are a native German or French speaker with good to very good knowledge of the other language.
