As part of the further development of corporate management, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurially minded personality as ### Head of Finance, HR & Administration / CFO (100%)

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for Finance & Accounting including accounts payable and accounts receivable, quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting and liquidity management.
• Further development of efficient finance, reporting and control processes, the necessary IT systems for this, as well as internal and external interfaces.
• Professional cooperation with banks, auditing body, tax authorities, insurance companies and other external specialist agencies.
• Support for the executive management and the board of directors with analyses and forward-looking financial management.
• Participation in strategic projects and in the further professionalization of the organization.

Your profile

• Several years of successful experience in a leading finance function, ideally in a medium-sized, industrial or technology-oriented environment.
• Sound knowledge in accounting, controlling, planning and liquidity management.
• Higher education in business administration, finance or a comparable field (FH/university or equivalent further training).
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and hands-on personality with pleasure in building and further developing structures and processes.
• Solid experience in corporate governance, cooperation with the board of directors and executive management.
• Very good German and good English skills.
