Project Manager Fire Extinguishing Systems

You lead technical projects in the field of fire extinguishing systems and are responsible for execution, costs, deadlines, and quality throughout the entire project duration.

Tasks

• Leading projects in the field of fire extinguishing systems incl. technical execution
• Responsibility for cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance
• Coordination of internal specialist departments, service technicians, planning partners, and subcontractors
• Clarification of technical questions with customers and specialist planners
• Support of commissioning, functional tests, and acceptances
• Creation of project documentation
• Processing of project deviations, additional services, and supplements

Profile

• Completed basic technical training, e.g., sanitary, heating, building technology, or plant engineering
• Experience in leading technical projects, ideally building technology or fire protection
• Knowledge of sprinkler, high-pressure water mist, or gas extinguishing systems
• Qualification as a specialist for VKF water extinguishing systems is an advantage or willingness to acquire it
• Structured, independent way of working and confident communication with project partners
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
