In this role, you will process versatile metal construction projects from technical clarification to execution-ready construction. You will create precise plans, clarify details with internal and external departments, and ensure that projects are implemented technically cleanly, economically, and on schedule. 02 Your task ## • Creation of workshop, assembly, and execution plans in metal construction • Construction of doors, windows, facades, railings, stairs, canopies, and steel construction components • Preparation of detail drawings, bills of materials, material extracts, and technical documentation • Technical clarifications with project management, production, assembly, architects, construction management, and suppliers • Checking of plans, dimensions, technical specifications, and customer-specific requirements • Support with dimension measurements, material orders, and work preparation • Development of practical solutions for manufacturing and assembly • Collaboration on optimizations of constructions, processes, and assembly solutions • Ensuring clean documentation as well as compliance with quality, deadlines, and standards 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Bonus model • Progressive employment conditions • Leisure benefits • Career and advancement opportunities • Regular team-building measures and company events • Responsible activities 04 Your profile ## • Completed training as a Metal Construction Designer EFZ • Alternatively, training as a Metalworker EFZ with experience or further training in construction • Experience in metal construction, facade construction, steel construction, or in technical planning is an advantage • Good CAD knowledge, for example AutoCAD, HiCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or comparable programs • Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings, plans, and details • Good understanding of manufacturing, assembly, materials, and technical feasibility • Exact, structured, and independent way of working • Solution-oriented personality with enjoyment of technical details • Strong communication skills in exchange with project management, workshop, assembly, and external partners • Good German language skills in speaking and writing 05 Things to know ## This position is suitable for a person who does not just plan metal construction on a screen, but also understands the practical implementation.
