Project/Construction Manager Civil Engineering

PROJECT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CIVIL ENGINEERING (M/W/D) We are looking for a committed and experienced person for the position of Project/Construction Manager in Civil Engineering (m/w/d) in a renowned and growing engineering office. In this demanding role, you will take responsibility for the successful realization and processing of exciting civil engineering projects. From work preparation to cost, schedule, and quality control, as well as commissioning and aftercare, you are significantly involved in all project phases. In doing so, you act as a competent contact person for customers and lead your team confidently and goal-oriented. Your tasks: • Realization and processing of civil engineering projects • Flawless and timely preparation of measurements and billing • Work preparation (AVOR) and construction site organization • Cost, schedule, and quality control • Commissioning and aftercare up to and including warranty work • Responsibility in tendering and awarding processes • Contact person for demanding customers • Personnel management Requirements: • Completed technical vocational training in the construction industry • Further training as a Dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker FH, Dipl.
