In the newly created Patient Administration Backoffice team, you are the central contact person for clinics from the opening of a case to the billing of outpatient and inpatient services.

Your tasks

• Central contact person (SPOC) for the assigned clinics for case opening as well as outpatient and inpatient billing
• Support and advice to the clinics on all administrative questions regarding case opening and billing processes
• Independent processing of case finalization, cost approvals, and billing processes, including processing of rejections and incorrect invoices
• Early recognition of deviations threatening revenue and initiation of measures
• Co-design of processes, standards, and digital solutions

Your profile

• Professional examination in the business administration or medical administration field or at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment
• Experience in patient administration or in case handling or billing is an advantage
• Confident handling of SAP IS-H, KISIM, and MS Office; knowledge of tariff systems (TARDOC, SwissDRG)
• Structured, independent, and proactive way of working with high quality standards
• Enjoyment of working with clinics as well as interest in digital processes
