Head of Projects Managers - ALL / ANG / FR

Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41277 Published on 08/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### You will be in charge of leading and supervising a team of project managers. You will be responsible to the General Management for the proper conduct of projects, customer satisfaction and the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. Main responsibilities: • Supervise, coordinate and support project managers in managing their missions • Define priorities, allocate resources and ensure respect for deadlines, costs and quality • Participate in defining project development strategies and their implementation • Ensure communication with the various stakeholders: customers, suppliers, internal services • Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement plans • Provide technical and methodological support to project managers Profile ### Desired profile: • Higher education in engineering or equivalent • Proven experience in project management and management in an industrial sector (e.g.: special machines, automation, mechanics, semiconductors...) • Proven managerial skills: leadership, listening, organization and team spirit • Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision-making skills • Mastery of project management tools (MS Project, ERP...) and associated methodologies • Leadership, proactivity, vision • Languages: fluent French, English and German Benefits: • An innovative and stimulating work environment • Large-scale projects with cutting-edge technologies • Attractive compensation based on experience Head of Projects Managers - ALL / ANG / FR / Fixed
