As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton AG, this area undertakes central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities as well as Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

What you can achieve:

• Operation of the infrastructures and building technology systems at the Ems location with a team of 8 employees
• Ensuring maintenance through inspection, servicing, repair and improvement with internal and external resources
• Calling up, negotiating, awarding, accompanying external service providers and acceptance of work
• Ensuring adequate external cleaning (basic, maintenance and special cleaning)
• Accompanying internal and external audits in the facility area
• Conducting training for emergency organization members
• Ensuring an on-call organization and safety rounds on the weekend
• Support at events

What you bring with you:

• Vocational basic training
• Preferably: Fachmann-/frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, Hauswart/in with eidg. Fachausweis or dipl. Hausmeister/in
• Ideally further training as an Instandhaltungsfachmann /frau with eidg. Fachausweis or dipl. Leiter/in in Facility Management and Maintenance
• Leadership qualities and leadership experience
• Driving license for aerial work platforms IPAF
• Basic training PSAgA
• Basic training fire protection SiBe Brandschutz
• Ideally permit according to Art. 15 NIV
• Medical training IVR level 2 or 3 is an advantage
