The Migrationsamt and Passbüro of the Canton of Schaffhausen belongs to the Departement des Innern. In the field of migration, the office operates daily in the exciting political environment of all migration issues and the resulting tasks. It is responsible for the enforcement of Swiss foreign national and asylum law, the Agreement on the Free Movement of Persons between Switzerland and the EU and EFTA states, as well as the Schengen and Dublin agreements.

What to expect ##

• Administrative office work such as mail processing, digitalization, and cash management
• Customer contact at the counter and on the phone
• Processing of mutations
• Assistance in the processing of various exciting foreign law applications
• Assistance with the biometric data collection of foreign persons

What you bring with you ##

• Commercial or equivalent training
• Interest in customer contact
• Very good PC skills
• Good and stylistically confident German language skills in speaking and writing
