Quality Controller [M/F/X]

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic and dimensional inspections of watchmaking components.
• Verify the conformity of parts according to quality criteria, technical drawings, and current procedures.
• Detect non-conformities and ensure the follow-up of usage decisions.
• Perform computer data entry of inspection results (SAP is an asset).
• Respect quality requirements, instructions related to precious materials, as well as production standards.
• Ensure the good condition of inspection tools and the maintenance of a clean and organized workstation.

Profile

• Significant experience in quality control in the watchmaking sector.
• Mastery of aesthetic and dimensional inspection under binoculars and/or microscope.
• Mastery of conventional measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, comparator, gauges...) as well as optical inspection tools (Keyence, Vertex, Ayonis, Fox or equivalents).
• Good reading of technical drawings and mastery of quality frameworks.
• Ease with IT tools (SAP constitutes an asset).
• Rigor, precision, dexterity, ability to concentrate and team spirit.
