Job description ##

Following the retirement of the current position holder, the Ville de Sierre is looking for its future:

Operations Agent for school buildings at 100%

within the Exploitation department

Main missions:

• Maintain school buildings in perfect working order and cleanliness.
• Plan the maintenance and inspection of infrastructures, in collaboration with the building department.
• Manage and supervise auxiliary cleaning staff.
• Perform small repairs within the buildings.

Profile description ##

Required profile:

• CFC operations agent or training deemed equivalent.
• Experience in the organization of work and personnel management.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Spirit of initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Great professional rigor, sense of organization and anticipation.
• Communication skills and ease in human contacts.
• Residing within a perimeter allowing one to reach the place of work within a reasonable timeframe, particularly in case of a need for intervention outside of regular hours.
