For our company based in Nyon, we are looking for an engaged personality for an immediate start or by arrangement as: Payroll Specialist, 40-60% Your responsibilities: You ensure complete, punctual, and qualitative salary administration from A to Z for our sites in German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland You enter entries and changes into the Abacus system You participate in the preparation of statistics, reports as well as quarterly and annual closings You manage with expertise everything concerning LPP, APG, AVS, LAA, withholding tax, etc. You are responsible for year-end work such as salary revision, social insurance, the compensation fund, etc. You advise employees and the HR team in a competent manner on questions related to salaries and social insurance You actively contribute to the optimization of the new Abacus salary system – notably in the optimization of processes and projects Your profile: Completed commercial training and continuing education in the HR/Payroll field Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel and salary administration Excellent Excel skills, experience with Abacus strongly appreciated Proficiency in French and German, spoken and written Autonomous and precise working method, while having a loyal and reliable personality Warm, humorous, and service-oriented personality We offer you: A varied and interesting job A pleasant atmosphere within an enterprising and benevolent team Flexible hours and teleworking for a good balance between professional and private life Exclusive discounts with numerous brands and partners, notably via "Brands for Employees", health insurance, continuing education partners Have we aroused your curiosity?
