Kotlin/Java Developer (m/f/d)

To strengthen our engineering team at the Zürich-Flughafen (The Circle) location, we are looking for a Kotlin/Java Developer (m/f/d), starting immediately or by arrangement, to develop modern, scalable microservices and API interfaces for the internal banking service architecture. This role contributes significantly to the further development of our service-oriented application landscape and ensures reliable, secure, and high-performance system integration. Application questions instead of a cover letter Share What awaits you? ## • Support of the entire development process from analysis to implementation to testing and participation in operational situations, error analysis and 3rd-level support • Development and maintenance of high-performance and scalable services based on Kotlin (Spring Boot, OpenShift, Kafka) • Ensuring code quality or conducting code reviews and technical consulting for the DEV teams • Optimization of the existing infrastructure with regard to performance, security and scalability • Use of common development and testing tools such as IntelliJ, GitLab, Postman, Kadeck • Use of CI/CD pipelines for automated tests, quality gates, security checks and deployment processes What do you bring with you? ## • Experience in the development of backend services with Java, Kotlin or comparable technologies • Good knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and microservices • Experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams • Knowledge of CI/CD processes as well as common automation and deployment tools • Experience in handling SQL and NoSQL databases • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
