Your area of responsibility

• Maintenance of QM documentation at the Reinach location
• Conducting internal audits as well as preparation and assistance with external audits
• Conducting internal training for all relevant employees
• Processing, handling and answering customer complaints
• Root cause analysis of internal blocks and development of improvements
• Follow-up of deviations from audits
• Answering customer questionnaires and inquiries regarding QA
• Deputizing for the Quality Manager during their absence

Your profile/ Your experience

• University degree as a food engineer or food technology basic training with corresponding further education (higher professional examination)
• Experience with FSSC 22000 standard or other GFSI standards
• Exact, expeditious way of working and networked thinking
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
