In this role, you will focus on the targeted enforcement of subrogations in property and liability insurance, thereby contributing significantly to the quality of results and professionalism of our claims department. You combine legal and insurance-technical know-how and use your negotiation skills to achieve sustainable solutions with a wide variety of stakeholder groups. As a subrogation specialist, you assess subrogation potential, independently carry out active subrogations according to the legal situation, and develop our systematic subrogation detection together with specialists. What you do You examine and carry out active subrogations according to the legal situation - with a focus on property and technical insurance. You negotiate in a goal-oriented manner with other insurance companies as well as subrogation debtors from the private and corporate sectors. You work closely with internal partners and external partner companies, especially regarding foreign subrogations, and ensure the collection of claims. You prepare the basis for motions for summary judgment and thereby support efficient legal enforcement. You contribute to the further development of a modern, system-supported subrogation detection and contribute your know-how to projects and working groups. What you bring A Swiss law degree or an insurance career with several years of experience in complex claims. Sound knowledge in liability and subrogation law in the property damage area. Joy in negotiating with insurers and other parties as well as strong assertiveness. German as a native language and good French knowledge; English and Italian are an advantage. High social competence, ability to work in a team, as well as a willingness to share knowledge - e.g., through training and technical support on subrogation topics.
