Building Technician / Sanitary-, Heating Installer 100% Alpnach,Emmen,Stans What you can do Project management & coordination: Planning, implementation and accompaniment of conversions/expansions in the HLKS environment; coordination with external craftsmen and internal specialist departments. Maintenance & maintenance: Responsibility for comfort and process ventilation systems, compressed air network, fire protection systems (fire extinguishers, sprinklers), wastewater and heat distribution as well as fuel and drinking water systems Logistics & warehouse management: Management of inventory (filters, spare parts, tools) and ensuring order and cleanliness in the workshop and warehouse Master data & documentation maintenance: Maintenance of system data in the IH tool as well as creation/update of maintenance and test protocols Support for external locations & trainees: Technical support for other locations, accompaniment of external service providers and, if possible, support in the training of trainees FBU EFZ in the field of building services engineering Quality controls: Carrying out SVTI checks, testing safety valves, ladders and fall protection equipment What you bring Sanitary installer EFZ or comparable training in the field of TGM, HLKS Several years of experience in maintenance and project work on HLKS systems, preferably in an industrial environment Good all-rounder properties, hands-on mentality Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and safe handling of master data tool / Office applications Driver's license category B required, forklift and operator course for aerial work platforms are desirable or openness to training Enjoyment of professional training as well as willingness to winter service duty are desirable Don't meet all the requirements 100%? About the department As part of a team of 10 building technicians, you will maintain around 50 buildings, which are on average 40-50 years old, and help keep them in good condition. Additionally, you can also actively contribute your knowledge to smaller projects.
