For our residential group "Zugang zum Park" at the Kloten location, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement CAREPERSON WITH OPTION OF DEPUTY TEAM LEADERSHIP 60 - 90% ## Qualified specialist in nursing or agogics (W/M/D) Your area of responsibility ## Your workplace Your tasks • competent nursing and agogic care of our residents in their everyday life • building and maintaining a trusting and sustainable relationship with the residents • individual promotion of self-competencies • designing and implementing individual daily structures and leisure activities • accompaniment of appointments and excursions • key person work / conversations with relatives • administrative client work on the PC (easyDOK) • participation in team meetings, case discussions Your additional tasks as Deputy Team Leader • representation of the team leader in their absence (coordination and contact person, leading team meetings and participating in team leader meetings) • undertaking agreed-upon tasks to support the team leader • exchange and coordination with the team leader What you bring with you ## You mandatorily possess • a completed training in the nursing and/or agogic field (FABE, FAGE, dipl. Sozpäd, dipl.
