Your tasks:

You independently organize assigned construction sites in new construction, renovation and customer service. In doing so, you lead the construction site employees, take responsibility for planning, work preparation, compliance with deadlines, quality, billing and cost monitoring. Preparation/calculation of offers and supplements in close cooperation with the management.

Your profile:

You have training as a dipl. Bauführer/in, dipl. Baumeister/in or Ing. FH. As a leadership personality in civil engineering/road construction, you possess negotiation skills and are used to working independently as a construction manager. You are characterized by flexibility and commitment and have good IT user skills (Sorba is an advantage). You enjoy the exact creation of measurements and billing.
