Banking Consultant / Securities Specialist - Front Office (M/F)

• 17 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Genève As part of a recruitment for one of our clients, a bank based in Genève, we are looking for a Banking Consultant specialized in the field of Securities, with expertise resolutely oriented towards Front Office / investment activities. ?? We are specifically looking for a Front Office profile and not a profile specialized exclusively in Back Office securities operations. Permanent position | ? 100% Your missions ### You will intervene at the heart of activities related to securities, investments and portfolio management, in interaction with business, Front Office, IT and project teams. In this capacity, you will notably be required to : • Analyze and understand business needs related to Front Office and investment activities; • Support business users, managers, advisors and investment teams in the evolution of their tools and processes; • Participate in the implementation and configuration of functional solutions related to securities and financial instruments; • Intervene on issues related to portfolio management (PMS), positions, transactions, orders, valuations and investment reporting; • Participate in the scoping, functional analysis, testing, acceptance, migration and production phases; • Ensure the interface between Front Office, business, project and technical teams; • Write functional specifications and project documentation; • Participate in business workshops, demonstrations and user training; • Ensure functional support during the acceptance and deployment phases. Profile sought ### • Proven experience in the banking sector, ideally within a private bank, investment bank, management company, banking solutions provider or consulting firm; • Solid functional expertise in the field of securities and financial instruments; • Significant experience in Front Office / Investment Management / Portfolio Management issues; • Good knowledge of PMS (Portfolio Management Systems) and processes related to portfolio management; • Good mastery of financial instruments: equities, bonds, funds, structured products and other investment products; • Global understanding of Front-to-Back processes, with primary expertise positioned on the Front Office side; • Ability to understand the needs of business users and translate them into functional requirements; • Excellent analysis, communication and coordination skills with business and technical interlocutors. ??
