Do you want to do more than just book numbers, but rather take on responsibility and actively improve processes? With us, you will competently guide companies through the financial statements and ensure high quality in the general ledger. In doing so, you will work in a seven-member team that supports one another, and you will contribute your ideas for the optimization and digitalization of our financial processes.

What you can achieve ##

• You take responsibility in the general ledger and prepare the semi-annual and annual financial statements according to IFRS and OR.
• You ensure the quality of the closing figures, enter them into the consolidation tool, and plausibility-check the corresponding data.
• You manage the fixed asset accounting according to group specifications and book additions, disposals, sales, as well as depreciation.
• You prepare the VAT returns and ensure their correct and timely submission and payment.
• You question existing processes, contribute new ideas, and use modern tools such as Microsoft Copilot to make processes more efficient.
• You participate in projects in the finance area as well as in topics related to the internal control system. Project participation was already part of the previous advertisement.

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed the federal professional diploma (eidgenössischer Fachausweis) in finance and accounting or are currently undergoing the corresponding further training.
• You have demonstrable initial professional experience in the general ledger and are confident in balance sheets and financial statements.
• You have sound knowledge of accounting according to IFRS and OR and are experienced in working with Excel and other MS Office applications.
• You are technically savvy, enjoy familiarizing yourself with SAP-based processes, and enjoy trying out and using digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot in a meaningful way.
• You work accurately and independently, take responsibility, and also contribute with commitment during labor-intensive closing phases.
• You communicate confidently in German at level C1; French language skills are an advantage.
