Your tasks:

• Contacting and acquiring new customers (print media)
• Optimization of the customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities
• Conducting needs analyses and selling the products
• Expanding customer relationships

What you bring with you:

• Already existing professional experience in customer consulting / Customer Service / customer service
• Very good Swiss German skills (mandatory)
• Communicative, convincing and structured personality with drive
• Service provider who is ready to go the "extra mile"
• Proficient handling of PC & IT
• Flexible availability (regular evening & Saturday shifts)
