Sunnerain is a social institution that offers 24 residents with a cognitive handicap living and employment placements. The institution Sunnerain strives to offer all residents an individual environment. A home that remains open 365 days continuously a year.

At Sunnerain, qualified employees work who place the self-empowerment and social participation of the residents at the center. Individuality is lived in leisure activities in addition to living and employment. Group excursions, camps, disco visits, and other activities are made possible and professionally accompanied.

In order to maintain our qualities, we are looking for a technically skilled personality in our team to work as a group leader in the residential area and who is happy to take on responsibility.

Group Leader - 80%

Tasks:

• Group leadership (leading a team of approx. 12 employees)
• Accompanying people with a handicap according to individual care needs in the areas of living and leisure.
• Support in daily care
• Reference person work
• Administrative tasks (RedLine) / attendance lists / IBB /
• Leading the team meeting and home conferences
• Introduction of new employees
• Support of the medi-responsible persons
• Interdisciplinary tasks in connection with internal and external bodies
• etc.
